There are in total 8 Science laboratories in the school, each of which is aptly named after a famous scientist. The Form 1, 2 and 3 labs have been named the Chevalier Lab, Nicolas Copernicus Lab and Einstein Lab, respectively; whilst the Ibnu Hayyan Lab is for use of the upper form science students. For the convenience of Science stream students, additional laboratories available are biology, physics and chemistry labs namely the Newton Lab and Ibnu Haitham Labs for Physics, Avicenna Lab for Biology and the Dalton Lab for Chemistry.

Each laboratory is equipped with a 29-inch television, a visualizer, a desktop computer, printer, projectors, reference books, work tables and self-access corners to create an interactive environment during lessons. ICT facilities in these labs help teachers conduct organized lessons to improve the teaching and learning process. Special activities are carried out in the laboratories throughout the year, such as Science exhibitions, inter-laboratory competitions, educational camps and clinics, as well as quizzes. Fun contests like launching water-fuelled rockets are also carried out.
